Sorry, we don't have the facilities for pickups.
You sure can. All our orders are shipped via couriers using a track and trace service. E.g Australia Post, DHL, Fedex, TNT, ETC.. The tracking number will be added to your order and will be confirmed in an email. If you have placed an order and have not received it, please log into your account and check before contacting customer support.
Yes you will be prompted to add a billing address and shipping address at checkout.
Yes, we offer flat rate shipping for all items, meaning one fee no matter what quantity you purchase. Also, order over $50 Australia / $100 Rest of the world will be delivered free of charge.
Yes, this is not a problem.
Yes, however a signature is required on delivery. If you are not at home your order will be delivered to your nearest post office.

We are able to provide a tax invoice upon request. Please send us an email so we can email you a copy of the tax invoice which includes our ABN and GST details.
